Inspired by the six sides of a hexagon we wrote new promotional copy — “Six great reasons to choose The Hexagon”. Stack charts and floor plans were redrawn to make them fit perfectly with the updated brand look and feel. We created on-brand, custom Google maps to make the neighborhood’s relevant amenities easy to see.
Although there was existing photography of the property, we felt that it didn’t do justice to the strengths of its unique design. Paradigm worked with one of Tokyo’s leading architectural photographers, Kageaki Smith, to produce a set of exceptional new photographs. These then helped form the basis of the final website design.
Since launching, the leasing agents have reported a noticeable increase in inquiries and now the building is almost fully occupied.
