The Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo in Shinjuku is one of the city’s best known and largest hotels. Approximately 60% of its guests come from overseas. One of their key marketing tools is a bi-monthly newsletter — now called Plaza Life — that is posted to overseas members, and is also sent as a digital newsletter.

Paradigm was brought in to rebrand, redesign, and completely take over the production of content for the Keio Plaza Hotel newsletter. We called it Plaza Life. The reception of the updated newsletter has been overwhelmingly positive. So, in addition to newsletter production, Paradigm has been asked to create a wide range of other English language marketing collateral for the hotel.
