The Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo in Shinjuku is one of the city’s best known and largest hotels. Approximately 60% of its guests come from overseas. One of their key marketing tools is a bi-monthly newsletter — now called Plaza Life — that is posted to overseas members, and is also sent as a digital newsletter.
Paradigm was brought in to rebrand and completely take over the production of content and the design of Plaza Life. The reception of the updated newsletter has been overwhelmingly positive, and Paradigm has since been asked to produce a wide range of other English language marketing collateral for the hotel.
