August 1, 2019 saw the opening of one of Japan’s most luxurious hotel resorts and spas — ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa. Paradigm was engaged by IHG to create key messaging, and to design and develop a website for this ambitious new development.
First, the writing and design teams visited the site to be inspired by the location and start to develop the core narrative. Working closely with the IHG team, we crafted positioning statements and then body copy in four languages: English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
